Does the hatched area represent brick pavers? The master landscape plan for MacArthur Plaza is showing crape myrtles on the planting islands on either end of the landscape area against the west property line. Landscaping against the eastern elevation between the building and driveway would be preferable to concrete. Provide documentation reflecting that your site plan has been approved by the Riverchase's Architectural Review Committee. Provide samples of building materials, including all sign materials and paint colors. Note: A. B. C Do Staff written comments will be faxed to each applicant. Please revise plats, landscape plans, and utility plans based on staff recommendations. Should applicant disagree with staff comments please provide reasons why staff reeommeJldations should not be followed when you attend the March 7, 1996 Development Review Committee (DRC) meeting. Each applicant will bring one new set of revised pi~ts and plans to the March 7th DRC mee~_ing. Applicants will be asked to show, explain and defend any revision. An Engineer for the project or other representative is urged to attend the meeting. Applicant will have till noon Tuesday, March 12th to resubmit twenty-eight (28) folded copies of revised plans, three (3) reduced paper copies (8 1/2 X 11) and one (1) transparency (8 1/2 x 11) of each exhibit to the Planning Depa~huent.
