Dear Sir/Madam:
On May 14, 1996, the Coppell City Council approved the change in zoning from C
(Commercial) to PD-C (Planned Development, Commercial), with conditions, to allow the
operation of a minor automobile service facility, located on the west side of MacArthur
Boulevard, approximately 1,140 feet north of Beltline Road.
Attached you will find a copy of Ordinance No. 91500-A-135 which was approved by
Council and signed by the Mayor on August 13, 1996.
