At its March 21, 1996, meeting, the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission
recommended that the Public Heating on Case No. S-1105, zoning change from C to C-
S.U.P., to allow the operation of a minor automobile service facility, located on the west
side of MacArthur Boulevard, approximately 1,140 feet north of Beltline Road, be held open
and continued until its meeting of April 18, 1996, so that this request can be processed as a
Planned Development.
