The City Council of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, the 14th day
of May, 1996, at 7:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for consideration of the Planning and
Zoning Commission's recommendation relative to Case No. PD-156 (formerly ZC-591). Ashton
Ridge, zoning change from SF-12 (Single Family-12) to PD-SF-9 (Planned Development, Single
Family-9), at the request of HAP Engineering & Associates, Inc., to allow the development of
a 27-1ot planned development single family subdivision on 7.72 acres of property, located at the
northeast corner of Heartz and Sandy Lake Roads. All interested citizens of the City of
Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in
the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion
concerning this zoning change request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning
Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, Texas 75019.
