My comments are as follows:
Proximity to the new schools, the new library, and the proposed
yMCA should ~11 mitiq~te aqa%n~t lowering lot size requirements.
Larqe /!oils .will t~ransl~te ,to la~qe~r homes-'compatible with Chaucer.
All homes in Sand Point and in the Enclave on Parkway show that
a 20-lot subdivision with 3,000 square foot houses is practical.
