I am undecided about this plan. Signature: Address: Phone #: April 12, 1996 City of Coppell Zoning Commission cio City of Coppell P.O. Box 478 Coppell, Texas 75019 Dear Sir's; I am a resident of Park Place in Coppell which adjoins the proposed Ashton Ridge zoning change. I believe that the "best use" of this parcel of land is single family homes and those homes should interface with the existing homes i.e. Park Place. Especially when you consider the fact that Aston Ridge and Park Place will share the alley. I believe that Ashton Ridge should approved by the Zoning Commission of Coppell ONLY if the building and dead restrictions are EXACTLY the SAME as Park Place i.e. size of homes, set back from the street, no external antennas of any kind ( especially satellite dish ), etc. If you do not do this, you are in danger of reducing the property value of those in Park Place and this would be contrary to the trend in our city. The trend has been for each new subdivision to be at least, and in most cases, more valuable than the ones it adjoins. This should be especially true in this case in that this parcel of land is in the heart of the city and is visible to all who pass through Coppell on Sandy Lake. I believe that there should be a seamless interface between Ashton Ridge and Park Place and the only way to accomplish this is for you to DICTATE that the SAME DEAD RESTRICTIONS apply. Thank you for your consideration in this matter. Sincerely, Ramsey Eddins 120 Woodcrest Lane Coppell, Texas 75019 Phone # 650-2248
