D/FW Trade Center. zoning change for property zoned PD-LI (Planned Development, Light Industrial) to amend the conditions of the Planned Development to allow the development and operation of a TU Pipeline Services gas measuring station on 2,500 square feet of property located 55' south of the northwest corner of Lot 1, Block 4 at the D/FW Trade Center, was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, November 19, 1998, subject to the following conditions: 1) Move lot north an additional 2 feet to avoid any encroachment into the 12'- wide easement. 2) Masonry wall will be painted to match Building D (Sherwin Williams Pediment 2011). 3) Maintenance of foundation planting as shown, with planting of a species capable of survival without an irrigation system. 4) Modify all drawings to match the square footage of the Measuring Station shown on the Site Plan. 5) Access gate to be provided prior to the placing of station in operation. (See Fire Department comments) The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, December 8, 1998, at 7:30 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting. Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this application. City Council has instructed staff to include in its agenda packets only those items which accurately reflect conditions as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission. The submittal deadline for revised drawings is 12 noom Tuesday, November 24e". Therefore, please submit 17 folded copies of the revised drawings, plus three 8 1/2" x 11" paper reductions on or before that date. The drawings which require change in order to comply with the Planning and Zoning recommendations are: Portion of Lot l, Block 4, Final Plat; Plat showing 2,500 square foot tract and Site Plan. We also need by 12 noon, Tuesday, November 24~, 17 additional copies of the cover letter addressing DRC comments and the Lone Star Pipeline letter requesting waiver of Fire Lane to forward on to Council.
