Dear Mr. Bailey:
Thank you for your response to our recent notification of public hearings. Your suggestion
regarding the front-yard setback is greatly appreciated and duly noted. We should have picked
up on the fact that the Park Meadow subdivision plat shows a 25' building line on the front of
all lots and should have proposed that as the minimum front yard requirement as well.
You will get the credit. We will make the change.
