COMMENT STATUS: .~PRELIMINARY ~ ~
The Leisure Services Department has reviewed the above referenced development
and has the following comments.
Once the applicant submits a Preliminary Plat, Signed and sealed
Irrigation Plans as identified in the Subdivision Ordinance are required.
Irrigation controllers identified are to have the following:
Rain Sensor
Freeze Protection device
Surge Protector

Once the applicant submits a Preliminary Plat, Signed and sealed
landscape plans as identified in the Subdivision Ordinance are required.
This is also applicable to landscaping and irrigation along Denton Tap
Road, as well as the 121 By-pass.

The proposed development is identified in the Trails System Master Plan
as a part of the Denton Creek Trail Project. This alignment will need to
be addressed as the Preliminary Plat is submitted.
The proposed development will be required to follow the guidelines as
established in the Parkland Dedication Ordinance. Please contact the
Leisure Services Department regarding these guidelines.
