1. If there are to be different setbacks for the front yard, they need to be spelled
out where they occur rather than set at % ratios. %'s require too extensive a
tracking check
2. Zero lot line homes are problems wi~h regard to how they fit into other
ordinances. Neighborhood integrity complaints are usually increased in zero lot
districts.
3. Prefer that houses be developed with n~imum SF-7 requirements for ease
of ordinance administration.
