PD134R-NR 960611NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The City Council of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, the 1 lth day of June, 1996, at 7:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for consideration of the Planning and Zoning Commission's recommendation relative to Case No. PD-134R. Coppell Greens (formerly known as Coppell 200 North), zoning change from HC and LI (Highway Commercial and Light Industrial) to PD-SF-7 and HC (Planned Development, Single-Family-7 and Highway Commercial), at the request of Dowdey, Anderson and Associates, Inc., to allow the development of a 226 lot single-family residential subdivision on 65 acres of property located at the northwest comer of Denton Tap Road and State Highway 121 Bypass. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the' City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning this zoning change request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.
