RE: PD-120R, Waterside Estates, Phase II
Dear Randy:
This letter is to inform you that your request for approval of PD-120R, Waterside Estates, Phase
II, changing the zoning from PD-SF-7 (Planned Development, Single Family-7) to PD-SF-7
(Planned Development, Single Family-7), to amend the conditions pertaining to building height,
located near the northwest comer of Parkway Boulevard and MacArthur Boulevard, was
recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday,
August 17, 1995. The following conditions apply:
(1) A minimum of 20% of the development shall consist of single-story homes, and
(2) the 50% requirement of homes along Greentree Drive and Meadowglen Circle
being single-story shall remain in effect.
The (late scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, September 12,
1995, at 7:30 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting. Failure to
represent this item may result in the denial of this application.
