Dear Ms. Otts:
This letter is to inform you that your request for application of a zoning
change from (R) Retail, to (SF-9) Single Family-9, was tabled for further
advisement by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday,
February 15, 1990.
The tentative date scheduled for re-consideration by the Planning and
Zoning Commission is Thursday, March 15, 1990, at 7:30 p.m. As was agreed
by the Planning and Zoning Commission, you will not need to attend the
March 15 meeting: however, when this case is presented to the Coppell City
Council, you or a representative will need to be in attendance. I will
provide further notice of the City Council meeting when it is officially
scheduled. In the meantime, the Planning Department will continue to take
your case thru the zoning process, and will notify you of the City Council
meeting.
The horses which are on your property at the present time, may remain on
the property until the re-zoning issue is resolved.
