Dear Mr. Sieb,
We hereby give our permission for Standard Pacific of Texas, L.P.
to submit the preliminary plat and zoning application for Waterside
Estate Phase II, a 42.06 acre tract generally located at the
northwest corner of MacArthur Blvd. and Parkway Blvd. in Coppell,
Texas. We understand that the proposal is for a planned
development of approximately 132 single family lots, generally a
minimum of 70' X 115' in size.
