The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a
public hearing on the 13th day of September, 1990, at 7:30 p.m. in the
Coppell Town Center, for consideration of a zoning change, Case #ZC-527,
at the request of Mr. Bill Thompson, from (0) Office, (R) Retail, (MF)
Multi-Family, (SF-0) Sin§le-Family-0 and (SF-7) Single Family-7, to (MF-2)
Multi-Family-2, (SF-7) Single Family-7 and (SF-9) Single Family-9 for
residential, office and retail construction, on property §enerally
described as follows:
Tract 1 - (MF-1 & R to SF-7) south of and adjacent to Sandy Lake
Rd. and west of and adjacent to a 130' wide Dallas Power & Light
Co. R.O.~ on 48.08 acres;
Tract 2 - (MF-2 to $F-7) south of Sandy Lake Rd., east of and
