The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on
Thursday, the 15th day of February, 1996, at 7:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for
consideration of Case No. PD-151. Sunbelt Self Storage, Inc., zoning change from C
(Commercial) to PD-Mini-Warehouse (Planned Development, Mini-Warehouse) to allow the
operation of a mini-warehouse facility with on-premises residential use by management
personnel, located on west side of MacArthur Boulevard, adjacent to the TP&L transmission
line, at the request of Walter J. Nelson and Associates. All interested citizens of the City of
Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in
the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion
concerning this Planned Development request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning
Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.
