Dear Mr. Bearden,
Pursuant to our conversation I am forwarding to you the site plan of Sunbelt Self
Storage, Inc. (hereafter referred to as Sunbelt) on MacAurthur Bh,'d. north of Beltline and
contiguous with the utility easements. The City. of Coppell City Council has required
Sunbelt to contact T.P.& L. regarding landscaping in and along that easement pursuant to
the attached zoning requirements of the P~ablic ttearing.
Sunbelt requests the permission ofT.P.& L. to landscape within the T.P.& L.
easement which will require some filling to a 3 to I slope to enable landscaping to grow.
Sunbelt would irrigate and maintain the ~ .2.ndscaping. A Sunbelt employee or representa-
tive would from time to time need to enter tb_e T.P.& L. easement to maintain the land-
scaping and repair the sprinkler ~'stem. Sunbelt would propose to plant Fraser Photinias
along and within the T.P.& L. right of way with the understanding that Sunbelt will stay as
close to the buildings as is reasonable possible.
Please comact me if you need additional information or what we need to do to get
T.P.& L. permission for landscaping.
