Gentlemen: This letter is to inform you that your request for approval of Case No. PD-151, Sunbelt Self Storage, Inc., changing the zoning from C (Commercial) to PD-Mini-Warehouse (Planned Development, Mini-Warehouse), to allow the operation of a mini-warehouse facility with on- premises residential use by management personnel on property located on the west side of MacArthur Boulevard, adjacent to the TP&L transmission line, was approved by the Coppell City Council on Tuesday, March 12, 1996. The following conditions apply: (1) The monument sign shall contain the company name, logo, address, product or service only. (2) Drawings need to be coordinated between the applicant and the Dallas Area Affordable Partners IV, L.P. (2) Slope between TH easement and buildings shall have maximum slope 3:1. (3) The driveway location to MaeArthur is inconsistent with the plat.
