PD151-CS 960308 March 8, 1996 Mr. Johnny Campbell, President Sunbelt Self Storage, Inc. 2904 Highway 121 Bedford TX 76021 re: PD 151. at MacArthur Plaza Dear Mr. Campbell: Your request to reclassify the proposed site for your self-storage facility in Coppell, on the west side of MacArthur Boulevard adjoining the southeast side of Texas Utilities Electric Company's transmission line north of Belt Line Road. as a planned development, is a request for a change in zoning classification from the current "C" Commercial District to a "PD" Planned Development District. (See the attached list of zoning district designations l¥om Section 3 of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Coppell.) The Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended to the City Council that this request be approved. City Council will hold a public hearing on the request at its March 12th meeting. If City Council reclassifies the property, the effect will be to limit the use to that shown on the approved site plan attached as an exhibit to the ordinance adopted at a later Council meeting. This district shall be used for farming, ranching, forestry, and mining uses not hazardous by reasons of odors, dust, fumes, noise or vibration; single family dwellings; and is considered the proper classification for large areas of undeveloped land or newly annexed land in the City. SF-ED - Single-Family Residential - Estate District - This district is intended to be composed of single-family detached dwellings on lots not less than one acre (43,560 square feet).
