re: PD 151. at MacArthur Plaza
Dear Mr. Campbell:
Your request to reclassify the proposed site for your self-storage facility in Coppell, on the west
side of MacArthur Boulevard adjoining the southeast side of Texas Utilities Electric Company's
transmission line north of Belt Line Road. as a planned development, is a request for a change
in zoning classification from the current "C" Commercial District to a "PD" Planned
Development District. (See the attached list of zoning district designations l¥om Section 3 of
the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Coppell.) The Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission
has recommended to the City Council that this request be approved. City Council will hold a
public hearing on the request at its March 12th meeting. If City Council reclassifies the
property, the effect will be to limit the use to that shown on the approved site plan attached as
an exhibit to the ordinance adopted at a later Council meeting.
Sincerely.
