PD-151: Sunbelt Self Storage Inc., Zoning Change from "C" to "PD-Mini-
Warehouse"
In review of the above referenced DRC submittal, the Leisure Se~ices Department has the
following comments.
1. In regard to the zoning change proposed, staff has no comment in this zoning case.
2. Once the platting process takes place, the contractor will need to conform to
comments identified in the MacArthur Plaza, Preliminary Plat.
3. The applicant needs to have the landscaping and irrigation plan signed and sealed by a
landscape architect. There also needs to be a clarification regarding the landscape and
irrigation plans for all of the proposed zoning cases in the MacArthur Plaza platting.
Will ail of the individual cases submit landscaping/irrigation plans to the city for
approval, or will the entire landscaping/irrigation plan(s) be coordinated through the
MacArthur Plaza platting?
4. Any construction activity planned which involves city maintained parkways,
decelleration lanes, median cuts, left turn lanes or medians must be coordinated
through the Leisure Services Superintendent, Dennis Slayton, at 304-3554.
5. The contractor is responsible for any repair or replacement of landscaping,
irrigation or utilities that are affected by construction of this development. See
comment #3. This includes any required borin~ work associated with the
median.
