Dear John:
On August 13, 1996, the Copper City Council approved the change in zoning from L! (Light
Industrial) to PD-C (Planned Development, Commercial), with conditions, to allow the
development of a 3,278 square foot drive-through restaurant and a separate 19,200 square
foot retail/restaurant building, on 3.676 acres of property located at the southwest corner of
Beltline Road and MacArthur Boulevard.
Attached you will find a copy of Ordinance No. 91500-A-141 which was approved by
Council and signed by the Mayor on October 8, 1996.
