PD157-NR 960718NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Thursday, the 18th day of July, 1996, at 7:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for consideration of Case No. PD-I~7, Valley R~ch Plaza. zoning change from LI (Light Industrial) to PD-C (Planned Development, Commercial), to allow the development of a 3,278 square foot drive-through restaurant and a separate 19,200 square foot retail/restaurant building located at the southwest corner of Beltline Road and MacArthur Boulevard, at the request of Winkelmann & Associates, Inc. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning this Planned Development request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.
