AFTER P&Z ..
1. The road on the west side of property needs to be dedicated as right-of-way.
2. Provide deceleration lane for streets intersecting the fi'ontage roads of S.H. 121 Bypass.
3. Hike and bike trail easement needs to be 20' wide as per Trail System Master Plan. If you have
any questions contact Brad Reid in the Leisure Services Department.
4. Turn alleys into the residential street instead of into existing road west of the devleopment
