Dear Madam/Sir:
After lengthy discussion on Thursday, January 15, 1998, the Coppell Planning Commission
voted to continue to its meeting of February 19, 1998, Case No. PD-165, Vista Properties,
zoning change request from MF-2 (Multi-Family-2) to PD-SF-7 (Planned Development, Single
Family-7) to allow the development of 59 residential lots on a 22.811 acre tract of land located
south of Spur 553, east of Denton Tap Road. The main concern is that the Commission feels
that a connection between the existing Vistas of Coppell development and this new phase needs
to be made.
We wish to remind you that our next deadline submittal date is Wednesday, January 21st, at 12
noon. For proper review purposes, our pre-application deadline is Monday, January 19, 12
noon.
