The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on
Thursday, the 15th day of January, 1998, at 7:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for
consideration of Case No. PD-165. Vista Properties, a zoning change request from MF-2 (Multi-
Family-2) to PD-SF-7 (Planned Development, Single Family-7), to allow the development of 59
residential lots on a 22.811 acre tract of land located south of the future S.H. 121 Bypass, east of
Denton Tap Road, at the request of Carter and Burgess, Inc. All interested citizens of the City of
Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the
same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion
concerning this Planned Development request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning
Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.

7), to allow the development of 59 residential lots on a 22.811 acre tract of land located south of
