Dear Kelly:
On June 8, 1999, the Coppell City Council approved the zoning change request for property zoned
PD-SF-9 (Planned Development, Single Family-9) to amend the development conditions of the
Planned Development as they pertain to the entry feamre~o-~q~e subdivision and the creation of
additional common areas to accommodate landscaping ofi~a 15.78 acre tract of land located along
the north side of DeForest Road, approximately 600 feet east of Allen Road.
Attached you will find a copy of Ordinance No. 91500-A-222 which was approved by Council and
signed by the Mayor on July 13, 1999.
