RE: Case No. PD-163R~ Windsor Estates
Dear Kelly:
This letter is to inform you that Case No. PD-163R, Windsor Estates, zoning change for property
zoned PD-SF-9 (Planned Development, Single Family-9) to amend the development conditions
of the Planned Development as they pertain to the entry features of the subdivision and the
creation of additional common areas to accommodate landscaping on a 15.78 acre tract of land
located along the north side of DeForest Road, approximately 600 feet east of Allen Road, was
approved by the Coppell City Council on Tuesday, June 8, 1999, subject to the following
conditions:
1)
Modify the HOA document to reflect the latest changes to the planned
development.
2) Specify height of screening wall on marquee sign elevation.
In order to prepare an Ordinance, we need to assemble appropriate documentation. When this has
been completed and Council has approved the Ordinance, a copy will be sent to you.
As a reminder, the Zoning Change sign can now be returned to the Planning Department for your
deposit reimbursement of $100.
