BOX 478 Coppell, Texas 75019 972-462-0022 June 14; 1999 Mr. Kelly Jordan Coppell Optimum Assets 308 Park Meadow Way Coppell, TX 75019 RE: Case No. PD-163R~ Windsor Estates Dear Kelly: This letter is to inform you that Case No. PD-163R, Windsor Estates, zoning change for property zoned PD-SF-9 (Planned Development, Single Family-9) to amend the development conditions of the Planned Development as they pertain to the entry features of the subdivision and the creation of additional common areas to accommodate landscaping on a 15.78 acre tract of land located along the north side of DeForest Road, approximately 600 feet east of Allen Road, was approved by the Coppell City Council on Tuesday, June 8, 1999, subject to the following conditions: 1) Modify the HOA document to reflect the latest changes to the planned development. 2) Specify height of screening wall on marquee sign elevation. In order to prepare an Ordinance, we need to assemble appropriate documentation. When this has been completed and Council has approved the Ordinance, a copy will be sent to you.
