We are ~xitng to ex-press our strongest possible opposition to the proposed zoning change for the planned
Westberry Manor south of Sandy Lake Road and East of Heartz (SF12 to PDSF7). When we built our
home in Coppell, we researched the zoning for adjacent subdivisions to ensure a buffer from high densit3-
housing. We believe we have the right to expect some measure of stnbilit.v in zoning. High density
houising in this location is a bad idea. Your consideration of our vie~}oint in this matter is greatly
appreciated_
