The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on
Thursday, the 20th day of February, 1997, at 7:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for
consideration of Case No. PD-157R. Valley Ranch Plaza, to change the zoning for property
zoned PD-C (Planned Development, Commercial) by amending the site plan of the 3,278 square
foot drive-through restaurant to permit the construction of an outdoor eating and playground area
measuring approximately 1,680 s.f., located at the southwest comer of Beltline Road and
MacArthur Blvd., at the request of David E. Larsen and Associates, Inc. The Planning and
Zoning Commission may also consider any other zoning district which is more restrictive than
that requested. Ali interested citizens of ~e City of Coppell and other parties of interest are
invited to attend this public hearing and parti.cipate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other
party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning this zoning change request by
letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell,
TX 75019.
