On May 12, 1998, the Coppell City Council approved the change in zoning from SF-12 to PD-
SF-7, to allow the development of 3 residential lots on approximately 2 acres of property located
along the west side of Moore Road, approximately 680 feet south of Sandy Lake Road, with
conditions.
Attached you will find a copy of Ordinance No. 91500-A-190 which was approved by Council
and signed by the Mayor on June 9, 1998.
