Dear Mr. Randle:
This letter is to inform you that Case No. PD-169R, Lauren Estates, zoning change request for
property zoned PD-SF-7 to amend the development conditions of the Planned Development to
allow the development of 2 residential lots instead of 3 lots on approximately 1.5 acres of
property located along the west side of Moore Road, approximately 680' south of Sandy Lake
Road, was approved by the Coppell City Council on Tuesday, April 13, 1999, with no
conditions.
Please be advised that a park development fee of $1,285 per dwelling unit will be assessed for
this property.
In order to prepare an Ordinance, we need to assemble appropriate documentation. When this has
been completed and Council has approved the Ordinance, a copy will be sent to you.
