Family-2l) to "PD-SF-7" (Planned Development-Single Family-7) to allow the
development of 20 residential lots on 5. 75 acres of land located along the south
side of Sandy Lake Road, approximately 278feet west of Lodge Road, at the
request of the Ryland Group, Inc.

1. The intersection of Castlebury Court and Sandy Lake Road will conflict with proposed low point
inlet on Sandy Lake Road.
2. Label and dimension all street and alleys.
3. Need to provide fight-of-way for existing alley for radius on required alley adjacent property
(southwest comer of development).
