This letter is to inform you that Case No. PD-170. Castlebury Court, zoning change
request from SF-12 (Single Family-12) to PD-SF-7 (Planned Development, Single
Family-7) to allow the development of 20 residemial lots on 5.75 acres of property
located along the south side of Sandy Lake Road, approximately 278 feet west of
Lodge Road was denied by the Coppell City Council on Tuesday, August 11, 1998.
