On September 8, 1998, the Coppell City Council approved the change in zoning from
SF-12 (Single Family-12) to PD-SF-7 (Planned Development, Single Family-7) to
allow the development of 19 residential lots on 5.75 acres of property located along the
south side of Sandy Lake Road, approximately 278 feet west of Lodge Road.
Attached you will find a copy of Ordinance No. 91500-A-204 which was approved by
Council and signed by the Mayor on October 13, 1998.
