Dear Terry:
This letter is to inform you that Case No. PD-172R. Shadydale Acres, zoning change request
from SF-12 (Single Family-12) to PD-SF-12 (Planned Development, Single Family-12) to
allow the development of 13 residential lots on 4.16 acres of property located along the south
side of Willow Lane, between Oak Trail and Shadydale Lane, was approved by the Coppell
City Council on Tuesday, December 8, 1998, subject to the following condition:
1) The fee of $1,285 per dwelling unit park site impact fee needs to be paid.
Also, Council approved your request to waive alleys and sidewalks.
In order to prepare an Ordinance, we need to assemble appropriate documentation. When this has
been completed and the Ordinance has been approved by Council, a copy will be sent to you.
