1. Will any additional water services (irrigation or domestic) be required? Need to indicate on
the plans if services are existing or proposed.
2. A roadway impact fee will be required for addition to the existing building.
3. Need variance for minimum driveway spacing of 90' as per the City's Subdivision
Ordinance.
