The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on
Thursday, the 15th day of May, 1997, at 7:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for
consideration of Case No. PD-157RR, Valley Ranch Plaza, zoning change for property zoned
PD-C (Planned Development, Commercial) by amending the Site Plan of the 3,278 square foot
drive-through restaurant to permit additional signage on the eastern elevation of the building,
located at the southwest corner of Beltline Road and MacArthur Boulevard. All interested
citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public
hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also
express his or her opinion concerning this amendmem request by letter addressed to the City of
Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.

Site Plan of the 3,278 square foot drive-through restaurant to permit additional signage on the
eastern elevation of the building, located at the southwest comer of Beltline Road and MacArthur
Boulevard. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited
