A Zoning Change from "SF-9 and C" to "PD-SF-9"

Planning & Zoning Commission Meeting: February 18, 1999
City Council Meeting: March 9, 1999
1. Show all adjacent zoning on the zoning exhibit.
2. Please explain how the builder is planning to build the patio/pool/cabana when
there are topographical and floodplain constraints.
3. Verify that the submitted tree survey is accurate and it shows all 6" or greater
caliper trees.
4. Furnish square footages of the house, patio and cabana.
5. Please fill out the attached Zoning Change Request Sign form and return it to the
Planning Dept. by Feb. 4th . Note that the sign must be placed on the site by Feb.
8th and remain on the property till March 9th.
Note:
A. Staff written comments will be faxed to each applicant.
B. Please revise plats, landscape plans, and utility plans based on staff recommendations. Should
applicant disagree with staff comments please provide reasons why staff recommendations
should not be followed when you attend the February 4th Development Review Committee
(DRC) meeting.
C. Each applicant will bring one new set of revised plats and plans to the February 4th DRC
meeting. Applicants will be asked to show, explain and defend any revision. An Engineer for the
project or other representative is urged to attend the meeting.
D. Applicant will have till noon Tuesday, February 9th to resubmit eighteen (18) folded copies of
revised plans and three (3) reduced paper copies (8 1/2 X 11) of each exhibit to the Planning
Department.
