No improvements or grading will be allowed within the 100-year floodplain until a floodplain study permit is reviewed and approved. 2. Show the finished floor elevation of the proposed structure. This elevation must be two feet higher than the 100-year floodplain elevation or one foot above the ultimate 100-year floodplain, whichever is most restrictive. 3. A minimum of 20' drainage easement needs to be provided starting at the 54" headwall on the west, following the flowline of the drainage swale and extending to the 100-year floodplain line. 4. Due to the erosive banks of the creek, erosion protection may be needed.
