After lengthy discussion on March 19, 1998, the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission
voted to continue Case No. PD-166. Westbury Manor. zoning change request from SF-12
(Single Family-12) to PD-SF-7 (Planned Development, Single Family-7), to its meeting on
May 21st to allow the developer time to see what other options are available for this piece of
residential property.
Please submit 17 complete sets of your revised plans by 12 noon on Wednesday, April 22, 1998,
for consideration by the Development Review Committee.
