Dear Ms. Hancock:
This letter is to inform you that Case No. PD-171R-HC, Verizon Communications (GTE), zoning
change request for property zoned PD- 171 -HC (Planned Development- 171-Highway Commercial),
to allow a revision to the approved signage on approximately 35.6 acres of property located at 750
Canyon Drive, was approved by the Coppell City Council on Tuesday, October 10, 2000, subject to
the following condition:
1)
The movement control signage shall comply with Section 29-3.2
of the Zoning Ordinance.
In order to prepare an Ordinance, we need to assemble appropriate documentation. When this has
been completed and Council has approved the Ordinance, a copy will be sent to you.
As a reminder, the Zoning Change sign can now be returned to the Planning Department for your
deposit reimbursement of $100.
