NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on
Thursday, the 15th day o£June, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for consideration o£Case
No. PD-176R2, McMillan Estates, PD Amendment, to allow the development of two (2) single-
family homes on 1.03 acres of property and to establish SF-9 zoning on 0.46 acres to allow two
tracts to be incorporated into existing adjacent lots in Old Coppell Estates located along the north
side of Bethel Road, at the request of Holmes Builders. All interested citizens o£ the City o£
Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the
same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion
concerning this request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255
Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.

and to establish SF-9 zoning on 0.46 acres to allow two tracts to be incorporated into existing
adjacent lots in Old Coppell Estates located along the north side of Bethel Road, at the request of
Holmes Builders. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are
