1. Dimension front yard setbacks for lots 1 and 2, block 1
2. Dimension rear yard setbacks for same two lots
3. Add label to all exhibits "PD 176R2"
4. No structure (including fencing, pools, etc.) allowed in flood plain
5. Need elevations, material, dimensions, etc. for fencing at front property line
6. PD's require landscape plan, where is it?
7. Show plan approved for McMillan Estates PD (both development plan and
landscape plan, and how different from this reques0
8. Show maximum height of structures to be built, minimum square footage
9. Show acreage of this revised PD on all exhibits
10. Dimension width of driveway at r.o.w.
11. Indicate all adjacent zoning
12. Lots 15R and 16R need to be rezoned to SF-9, need to amend the Zoning
Application.

Note:
A. Please revise plats, site plans, landscape plans, and building elevations based on staff
recommendations. Should applicant disagree with staff comments please provide reasons why
staff recommendations should not be followed when you attend the June 1st Development
Review Committee (DRC) meeting.
B. Each applicant will bring one new set of revised plats and plans to the June Iu DRC meeting.
Applicants will be asked to show, explain and defend any revision. An Engineer for the project or
other representative is urged to attend the meeting.
C. Applicant will have till noon Tuesday, June 6th to resubmit eighteen (18) folded copies of
revised plans and three (3) reduced paper copies (8 1/2 X 11) of each exhibit to the Planning
Department
