PD171RHC-NR000921 T H E C I T Y 0 F COPP-EL£ NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Thursday, the 21 st day of September, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for consideration of Case No. PD- 171R-HC, Verizon Communications (GTE), zoning change request for property zoned PD-171-HC (Planned Development- 171-Highway Commercial), to allow a revision to the approved signage on approximately 35.6 acres of property located at 750 Canyon Drive, at the request of Verizon Communications. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning this zoning change request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.
