Planning and Zoning Commission of the Cib: of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Thursday,
the 21st day of October, 1999, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for consideration of Case
No. PD-181. Bethel Estates, zoning change request from C (Commercial) to PD-SF-12 (Planned
Development, Single Family-12) to allow the development of 2 residential lots on 3.2 acres of
property located along the north side of Bethel Road, approximately 700' east of Hearthstone
Lane. at the request of Mar3.' Myers and Fred Joyce. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell
and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public heating and participate in the same.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
For your information, Case No. PD-181. Bethel Estates. zoning change request
from C (Commercial) to PD-SF-12 (Planned Development, Single Family-12) to
allow the development of 2 residential lots on 3.2 acres of property located along
the north side of Bethel Road, approximately 700' east of Hearthstone Lane, at the
request of Mary Myers and Fred Joyce, has been postponed by the applicant to the
Planning and Zoning Commission meeting of December 16th.
If approved, this request will be forwarded to Council for its consideration on
Tuesday, January 11, 2000. Please note that Commission meetings start at 6:30
p.m. and City Council meetings begin at 7:30 p.m.
