DEVELOPMENT OF APARTMENTS AT A DENSITY OF 22
DWELLING UNITS PER ACRE.
THE PURPOSE OF THIS PLANNING COMMISSION
INITIATED REZONING,.., IS TO PLACE THE PROPERTY
UNDER n PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT WHICH
WOULD REQUIRE THAT ANY REDEVELOp__M~E.N.~T..O.F
