PD182-NR 991216 (2) NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Thursday, the 16th day of December, 1999, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for consideration of Case No. PD-182. The Towxflaouses of Coppell, zoning change request from MF- 2 (Multi-Family-2) to PD-TH-2 (Townhouse-2), to allow the development of 92 townhouse units on approximately 10 acres of property located along the east side of S. MacArthur Boulevard, approximately, 1,700' south of E. Sandy Lake Road, at the request of C.N. Lemp Development, Inc. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public heating and participate in the same. Any citizen of the Cit)r or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning this zoning change request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.
