1. Show correct zoning on all adjacent tracts. -~
2. Sidewalks adjacent to mountable curb?
3. Air conditioning screening should be same material as town,houses; at a minimum if
metal screening is proposed, then solid landscape screening is needed.-'--
4. Buildings should be all brick; no false stucco.
5. Need dimension of signage effective area can not include the brick wall upon which
mounted.
6. Color board with all colors of all materials needed.
7. Need information regarding drop in elevation of buildings.
8. Need Greg Welborn certification.'
9. Include typical floor plan of unit. o
10. Change "fire lane" to "dedicated street" (where appropriate) on all exhibits.-.
Note:
A. Please revise plats, site plans, landscape plans, and building elevations based on staff
recommendations. Should applicant disagree with staff comments please provide reasons why
staff recommendations should not be followed when you attend the December 2nd Development
Review Committee (DRC) meeting.
B. Each applicant will bring one new set of revised plats and plans to the December 2nd DRC meeting.
Applicants will be asked to show, explain and defend any revision. An Engineer for the project or
other representative is urged to attend the meeting.
C. Applicant will have till noon Tuesday, December 7th to resubmit eighteen (18) folded copies of
revised plans and three (3) reduced paper copies (8 1/2 X l l) of each exhibit to the Planning
Department
