PD188-NR000817 T H E C I T Y 0 F COPPELL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Thursday, the 17th day of August, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for consideration of Case No. PD-188, HO-C, zoning change request from HO-C and HO-C-S-1125R (Historic Overlay, Commercial and Historic Overlay, Commercial, S-1125R) to PD-188-HO-C (Planned Development-188, Historic Overlay, Commercial), to allow the construction of a restaurant with a private club and the expansion of a free-standing beauty shop on approximately 1.27 acres of property located along the east side of Coppell Road, approximately 200 feet south of Cooper Lane, at the request of Tom Cravens. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning these zoning change requests by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.
