NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on
Thursday, the 17th day of August, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for consideration of
Case No. PD-188, HO-C, zoning change request from HO-C and HO-C-S-1125R (Historic
Overlay, Commercial and Historic Overlay, Commercial, S-1125R) to PD-188-HO-C (Planned
Development-188, Historic Overlay, Commercial), to allow the construction of a restaurant with
a private club and the expansion of a free-standing beauty shop on approximately 1.27 acres of
property located along the east side of Coppell Road, approximately 200 feet south of Cooper
Lane, at the request of Tom Cravens. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other
parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any
citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning these
zoning change requests by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255
Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.

September, 2000, at 7:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for consideration of the Planning
and Zoning Commission's recommendation relative to Case No. PD-188, HO-C, zoning change
request from HO-C and HO-C-S-1125R (Historic Overlay, Commercial and Historic Overlay,
Commercial, S-1125R) to PD-188-HO-C (Planned Development-188, Historic Overlay,
Commercial), to allow the construction of a restaurant with a private club and the expansion of a
free-standing beauty shop on approximately 1.27 acres of property located along the east side of
Coppell Road, approximately 200 feet south of Cooper Lane, at the request of Tom Cravens. All

Nos. S-1179 and PD-188, HO-C, regarding the expansion of
House of Style and the construction of Camille's Restaurant
along the east side of Coppell Road, will be heard by City
Council on November 14th. Because of renovations being made
to Council Chambers, the meeting will be held in the meeting
room of the William T. Cozby Public Library at 7:30 p.m.
