In order to prepare an Ordinance, we need to assemble appropriate documentation. When this has been completed and Council has approved the Ordinance, a copy will be sent to you. Develol~nent is preserving 123" of trees, allowing a preservation credit of 100%. A number of the trees located on tl~ northern portion of the site seem to be in an area where extensive tilt will be required to bring the site out of the flood plain. The preservation techniques used on such trees will be closely monitored and additional mitigation may be required if it is determined these trees have little chance of survival after develolm~ent. Please provide an executed Tree Re~noval Pemfft prior to removing trees from the site.
